Salt B Gone

Salt B Gone is a proprietary blend of nanotized microbes specifically designed to reduce the salt and alkalinity in soils.  This blend will break down the complex salts into mineral form (Na and Cl) making them either plant-available or waste products that can be easily washed out of our soils naturally.

Sold in a 2.5-gallon bottle.

Easy to use spot spray: Mix with 15-20 gallons of water and direct spray onto salty areas.

For whole field use:  Use in irrigation systems, in-furrow, or mix with pre-emerge or herbicide.  Dig into soil for best results.  Take back those acres you are losing to salt!

  • Fast-acting and maximum absorbency
  • Can be mixed with various liquid fertilizer formulations
  • Can be applied through irrigation systems or fertigated through sprinkler systems
  • 100% water soluble and bio-available
  • Easy to handle and tank mix for application

Use Rates

Best results come from obtaining a soil test to find out current soil salinity (ppm). Maintain soil moisture, if possible, throughout the year. Use PHXR to adjust water, use 6-8 fl oz per acre. Keeping between 5.5-6.5 for best results.

  • 2 quarts per acre
  • For above-average salt areas: 1-2 gallons per acre in “dead zones” with 15-20 gallons of water per acre
  • Rates can be changed based on the response to the program
  • For normal to above average soil salinity: use 1-2 quarters per acre with 10-15 gallons of water, applied either in Fall or during planting
